Who are we?
SurgeryWeb was developed in 2016 by a Practice Manager with an eye for detail and an enterprising nature. Adrian has 21+ years Primary Care experience and also 15+ years web development experience.
We started looking at Practice websites and discovered that existing designs and certain web elements were not being updated to meet current standards that should ideally be met in order to compete in the ever-changing industry. After speaking to many other Practice Managers, there was a growing consensus that they thought their Practice websites looked dated, were difficult to navigate and needed new features added regularly in order to comply with certain NHS contractual requirements. They also felt limited as to what they could control within their website as certain elements could not be easily amended, not to mention their rising costs!
What do we do?
SurgeryWeb provides modern, professional GP practice websites which are not only fully responsive, accessible and compliant with recent NHS guidance but are also packed with features and interactive tools to give your Patients a satisfying web experience. Our professionally designed websites use a content management system, which makes updating your content as easy as editing a Word document.
Our websites are customisable meaning you can get creative with the appearance, and also select which features you want to include or omit, for example, if you do not wish to give your patients the ability to order prescriptions via your online form, you can either redirect them to your clinical system’s Online Services or just disable this option via your dashboard.
We are very pro-active in keeping our websites up to date with additions continually being tested behind the scenes, we introduce new features or general improvements on a regular basis, some of which have been excellent suggestions from existing customers.
