Template Migration

Already a SurgeryWeb customer? If you are currently using the ‘Classic’ template, you have the option to migrate to the new NHS-designed template, simple complete the migration form below.

We can migrate your website from the 'classic' template to the new NHS-designed template behind the scenes without affecting your live GP practice website. The process is similar to the initial setup process whereby we will set everything up on a temporary web address and let you preview the new website before going live. There is a one-off fee of £79 when migrating from one template to another and this will also extend your existing contract with SurgeryWeb by a further 2 years.
