Who are we?
SurgeryWeb was founded in 2016 by a Practice Manager with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. With over 21 years of experience in Primary Care and 15+ years in web development, Adrian understands the unique challenges GP practices face when it comes to managing their online presence.
Why are we here?
As we reviewed existing Practice websites, we noticed a common trend—many designs were outdated, difficult to navigate, and missing key features required for compliance with NHS contractual requirements. After speaking with numerous Practice Managers, it became clear that they were frustrated with:
- Websites that looked dated and weren’t user-friendly.
- Limited control over their own content, requiring external assistance for simple changes.
- Rising costs for maintaining and updating their sites.
We knew there had to be a better solution—so we built one.
