Primary Care Networks (PCN)

Both of our templates can be tailored for use by Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and we already support a large number of networks across England using both our Classic template and our NHS-compliant template.

The sign-up and setup process remains the same, with adjustments made to better suit PCN needs. During setup, we’ll remove certain practice-specific elements from the dashboard, such as ‘key’ pages (appointments, prescriptions, test results, and sick notes), along with various sections from the front end of the website (e.g., location map, out-of-hours guidance, Friends and Family Test, and Patient Participation Group details).

We’ll then collaborate with you to ensure the template aligns with your specific requirements before making it live.
